Hosting. Run Real Agent on your own hardware, or rent a private Hetzner bare-metal server. We suggest around 8 CPU and 16 GB RAM for Solo, and 16 CPU and 32 GB RAM for an Office.

The AI. A Claude subscription from Anthropic. We suggest the Max 5x plan for Solo and the Max 20x plan for an Office.

Both scale with how hard you run them, so you can trade performance against cost at either level.
